Shannon Jones is an accomplished senior technical recruiter with an extensive recruiting background spanning over 13 years in Portland. Shannon started with ProDX in 1999. She has thorough knowledge of the local IT market and its related challenges. Shannon has successfully recruited and placed 100’s of candidates primarily in IT with additional experience in the technical, engineering, medical, sales and administrative sectors. She is successful by conducting extensive market research, using new and established methodologies for recruiting and screening, her deep network of contacts, her involvement with local user groups and obtaining candidate referrals by leveraging strong relationships with both existing and new candidates.

Lynn Soland brings more than 10 years experience in recruiting of IT, technical communications, and marketing communications skill sets for contract, contract to hire and direct hire positions. She is a passionate professional that takes pride in building genuine relationships with clients and talent that result in quality matches, staffing solutions, and career advancement. She is an Oregon native and now lives with her family in Vancouver. She studied Human Resource Management at Portland State University and is active in local networking groups like SAO and the STC.

Meet our Employee Liaison
Shandra Leis joined the ProDX team as our Consultant Liaison. We feel Shandra is the most valuable resource for our contractors. She is responsible for building strong relationships with our contract employees so that there is good communication between them and ProDX, as well as our clients. Her first and foremost goal in this position is to make our contractors feel as valuable as they are. She provides an excellent level of customer service that differentiates ProDX from its competitors. Shandra has a Degree in Liberal Studies, and her background includes 3 years in the IT staffing industry. Currently Shandra is on maternity leave but will return in October.
Meet Our Sales Staff
Randy David, a native of Southern Oregon, graduated from Southern Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in marketing. He has over a decade of sales experience in the technical industry. Randy moved to the Portland area in the early 90’s where he began his career with a major telecommunications company working in business development roles for the west coast territory. In 1997 he joined Solution Logic as their sales manager providing his customers with full project development and technical staffing services. Randy joined ProDX in 2005 as a Senior Sales Executive. Randy is responsible for many of ProDX’s larger clients but works equally well with a diverse group of small start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies in the hi-tech, government and health care sectors.
