Crystal Richardson  With more than 13 years experience finding the best people for U.S. concerns such as the Department of Energy’s National Industrial Competitiveness grant, and the Near Earth Asteroid and Lunar Mapping, Uranium Enrichment and Governmental Facilities Computer Security programs, Ms. Richardson has a proven track record in fulfilling vital roles with the highest quality candidates.

Crystal’s private sector recruiting includes placements for Fortune 500 companies like Cisco Systems, ADP Inc., Xerox and Intel, just to name a few. Enacting the recruiting industry’s best practices in developing and offering professional choices in the service of her clients, she has interviewed thousands, and placed hundreds, of Computer Science professionals into roles best suited to their individual talents.

Crystal enjoys a reputation for creating sound recruiting policies and processes, solid development of recruiting networks, and the advantage of knowing how to bring the right tools, methods and strategies to meet and exceed every client’s expectations. While enhancing and sustaining market presence, Crystal is very detail-oriented in her command of the entire recruitment life-cycle from sourcing to signing, while maintaining the highest regard for all customer, state and federal compliance rules and accountability.

Her technical expertise includes and extends beyond software development, although she has particular interest in Agile development methodologies. Crystal includes Hardware Engineering, Research and Development, Systems Architecture, Network Security and Administration, and Program Management, as fields of competence. Attributing her success to a devotion to exceptional communication skills coupled with a talent for in-depth technical analysis, Ms. Richardson continues to develop new means of obtaining and exceeding goals regardless of market fluctuations and ever-changing client needs.

Shelley Batty is a Sr. Technical Recruiter with over 10 years of recruiting experience.  She spent 8 years as a corporate recruiter specializing in the Software Quality Assurance Industry hiring QA managers, Account Managers, Project Managers, Test Leads, Testers and Developers.  Shelley has recently rejoined the ProDX team as a Sr. Technical Recruiter.  Her consultants have said that they feel her strong relationship building approach in getting to know them and their needs sets her apart from others out there.   Shelley has her Bachelors in Political Science from the University of Utah, a Certificate in International relations and recently received her Comprehensive Certification in Human Resource Management from Portland State.

ProDX Account Management

Randy David, a native of Southern Oregon, graduated from Southern Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in marketing. He has over a decade of sales experience in the technical industry. Randy moved to the Portland area in the early 90’s where he began his career with a major telecommunications company working in business development roles for the west coast territory. In 1997 he joined Solution Logic as their sales manager providing his customers with full project development and technical staffing services. Randy joined ProDX in 2005 as a Senior Sales Executive. Randy is responsible for many of ProDX’s larger clients but works equally well with a diverse group of small start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies in the hi-tech, government and health care sectors.
