Technical Sourcing

Colin Shia, an Oregon native, joins ProDX with 16 years professional experience in the Pacific Northwest with an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration. Colin comes from an 8 year long career as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst specializing in mapping software and data analysis. As an initial contact person for the ProDX recruiting process, “I value the opportunity to get to know individuals and match their skills with available job opportunities… identifying and engaging candidates…” He brings a keen eye for identifying new talent and candidate tracking in order to support the technical recruiting team!

ProDX Account Management

Randy David, a native of Southern Oregon, graduated from Southern Oregon State University with a B.S. degree in marketing. He has over a decade of sales experience in the technical industry. Randy moved to the Portland area in the early 90’s where he began his career with a major telecommunications company working in business development roles for the west coast territory. In 1997 he joined Solution Logic as their sales manager providing his customers with full project development and technical staffing services. Randy joined ProDX in 2005 as a Senior Sales Executive. Randy is responsible for many of ProDX’s larger clients but works equally well with a diverse group of small start-ups to Fortune 1000 companies in the hi-tech, government and health care sectors.

Briana Connor comes to ProDX with from a varied career in marketing, sales and administration within the Portland metro area. Now, as an Account Manager and 5 years under belt supporting some of ProDX’s largest clients, Briana takes great pride in bringing value to the sales and recruiting teams through her ability to connect with clients and contractors while facilitating workflow. As the newest member of the Account Management team, Briana takes a special interest in working as a liaison to the recruiting team, in addition to providing quality service to the client with a sense of urgency and sincerity. Briana most enjoys the face time with her clients, “meeting clients and relationship building is the best part of my job!”
