First, your sales executives will work to fully understand your needs. Beyond technical requirements, we’ll learn about your organizational culture, business environment, and other key success factors.
After finalizing a job requirement, our recruiting team vigorously searches for, then thoroughly screens, potential candidates demanding both a good technical and cultural fit.
Our goal is to narrow potential candidates to the best two to three and present them to clients within 48 hours. If clients request a phone or in-person interview, we make all the necessary arrangements.
Most job requirements fall into one of three major categories:
Staff & Knowledge Augmentation: This approach allows you to augment your existing work force with professionals who have the specific IT and software engineering skills your particular business needs. Staff augmentation enables you to add or remove employees as needed, access skills and technologies your staff may not posses while helping you meet important deadlines, avoid recruiting and hiring costs and delays.
Once approved by you, we either assign one of our current consultants or hire the person you select to become a ProDX employee. Working under your direction, ProDX employees receive a competitive wage and we pay all mandatory federal, state and local taxes. In many cases, ProDX provides a benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision insurances and participation in our 401k plan. This helps us attract and retain the best employees.
Contract-to-Hire: This engagement begins with a ProDX employee hired on a staff augmentation basis, but with an option to move that employee onto your staff. This lets you test an employee on the job before committing to direct employment.
Direct Hire: ProDX identifies and recruits qualified candidates for your full time staffing needs. Placement fees are 100% contingent upon the client finding and hiring an acceptable candidate, and the arrangement includes a guarantee period.
